Your story.

Your pace.

Your space.

 My Approach

I offer a warm, person-centred and integrative approach, recognising that everyone's experiences are different.

Therapy is a space to slow down, explore what's going on and make sense of your experiences, at your own pace. We work collaboratively, with curiosity and without judgement, wherever you are in your journey.

You don't have to have all the answers. We can start where you are.

 Free Consultation

I offer an optional free 15-minute phone consultation before starting therapy. This is a chance for us to briefly chat, ask any questions you may have and see whether I feel like the right fit for you.

If we decide to work together, we can then arrange an in-person/online session.

A chance to talk, ask questions and see if therapy with Rachel feels right for you.

 Sessions

I offer both in-person and online therapy, giving you the flexibility to choose the setting that feels most comfortable for you.

In-person sessions provide a private, welcoming space to step away from everyday life and focus on yourself.

Online sessions offer the convenience of accessing therapy from wherever you feel comfortable, while maintaining the same confidential and collaborative approach.

Choose the space that works best for you.

About Me

Hi, I'm Rachel.

I'm a psychotherapist who believes that being genuinely heard and understood can make a meaningful difference. I aim to offer a warm, calm and non-judgemental space where you can be yourself and talk openly about whatever is bringing you to therapy.

My background in social care and community work has given me many years of experience supporting people through different stages and circumstances of life. It has shaped the way I work today - with curiosity, compassion and a strong belief in the importance of the relationship between therapist and client.

I work from an integrative, person-centred approach, adapting therapy to you rather than expecting you to fit into a particular way of working. I believe we all move through different versions of ourselves throughout our lives, and sometimes we need space to pause, reflect and make sense of where we are.

You don't need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. We can begin wherever you are.

Clinical Experience

I work therapeutically with adults, supporting people through a range of emotional and life challenges, including anxiety, stress, low mood, self-esteem, relationships, grief, life transitions and trauma.

My wider professional experience in social care and community settings has also given me a strong understanding of relationships, lived experiences and the different circumstances that can shape how we navigate the world.

I continue to develop my practice through ongoing professional development, clinical supervision and reflective practice.

Booking a session

Taking the first step towards therapy can feel daunting, so I aim to make the process as simple as possible.

If you're considering therapy, you can get in touch through the enquiry form below. Please let me know whether you would like to arrange a free 15-minute phone consultation or would prefer to book a session directly.

If you choose a consultation, this gives us an opportunity to have a brief chat, answer any questions you may have and see whether working together feels like the right fit. If you'd prefer to book a session directly, we can arrange this for you either online or in person.

You don't need to know exactly what you need before getting in touch. We can start with a conversation.

Location

I offer in-person therapy in Dundrum, Dublin 16, from a comfortable and private therapy room in a peaceful setting. Full location details will be provided when your session is arranged.

Online sessions are also available across Ireland, offering flexibility to choose what works best for you.
